Peptide & GLP-1 research log

Know what your protocol is actually doing.

Anyone can log a dose. Metis reads your whole cycle, the mix, the doses, how you felt, your bloodwork, and tells you in plain language what it did.

Coming to iOS. Your data is private and encrypted.

Who it's for

Built for people who take their protocol seriously.

Whether you're managing weight, recovering, or optimizing for the long game, Metis meets your protocol where it already is.

The problem

Right now, you're running it blind.

Your dose math lives in a calculator app. Your shots live in your Notes. Your labs are in a drawer. And the one question that actually matters, is this working?, has no honest answer.

The mixing

Reconstitution math scribbled on whatever's nearby, and a quiet hope you drew the right amount.

The logging

Doses, weight, how you slept, all scattered across three apps and your memory.

The verdict

Weeks in, you still can't say what changed, or what to tell your doctor.

How Metis works

From the first vial to the full picture.

01 · Get the dose right

The math, done for you.

Peptides often come as a freeze-dried vial you mix yourself, and that's where most people guess. Enter the vial, the water, and the dose you set with your provider, and Metis returns the exact units to draw. Pre-filled pens skip this step, which is why pen-based apps can't help here.

Something no pen-based GLP-1 app can do.

Metis does the reconstitution math for a dose you enter. It is not medical advice. Confirm your protocol with a licensed physician.

02 · Log the whole picture

Two taps, then get on with your day.

Doses, a 30-second check-in for mood, energy, sleep and recovery, weight from Apple Health, photos, and your labs. One place, not five.

03 · Know if it worked

An AI that reads your whole cycle.

Not another chart to interpret. Metis writes it out: 92% adherence. Sleep climbed 6 to 10. Energy up around your dose change. What moved, and what to ask about.

This is the part a dose tracker can't give you.
Your cycle report

"Across your 12-week cycle you held 92% adherence. Energy and sleep both climbed as the dose escalated, and weight is down 2.7 kg."

  • 92% adherence
  • 6→10 sleep
  • 2.7kg down
04 · Ready for your doctor

A summary they can actually use.

Generate a printable PDF of your whole cycle, protocol, adherence, check-ins and labs, to hand across the desk. Metis even drafts the questions worth asking.

Your data. Your research. Yours.

Everything is encrypted, and nothing is shared without your say-so. Metis is a quiet place to understand your own protocol, not a feed and not a marketplace.

Metis is a personal research log for tracking your own data. It is not medical advice and does not recommend doses. Always consult a licensed physician before making any changes to your protocol.

"I got tired of running my own protocol off a spreadsheet and a calculator app, never really knowing if it was working. So my college roommate and I built the tool I wished I'd had."

Questions

What Metis is, in plain terms.

What is Metis?

Metis is a personal research-log app for people running peptide and GLP-1 protocols. It combines a reconstitution calculator, dose and check-in logging, body-composition and bloodwork tracking, and an AI that reads your whole cycle and tells you, in plain language, what it did.

Does Metis work with GLP-1 medications like semaglutide, tirzepatide, or retatrutide?

Yes. Metis tracks GLP-1s and next-generation compounds like semaglutide, tirzepatide, and retatrutide, alongside research peptides for recovery, longevity, and hormone optimization. Unlike pen-only GLP-1 apps, it also handles vials that require reconstitution.

What is a peptide reconstitution calculator?

Reconstitution is mixing a lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide with bacteriostatic water. Metis takes your vial size, water volume, and target dose and returns the exact number of units to draw on your syringe, so you are not doing the math by hand.

Can I track peptides other than GLP-1s?

Yes. Metis includes a library of 70+ peptides across GLP-1s, healing and recovery, growth-hormone secretagogues, cognitive, and aesthetic categories, plus custom compounds and stacks.

How does the AI cycle report work?

The AI reads everything you logged for a cycle, doses and adherence, your daily check-ins, weight, and labs, and writes a plain-language summary of what changed, plus questions to bring to your physician. It never recommends doses or gives medical advice.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Your data is encrypted and never shared without your explicit permission. Metis is a private research log, not a social feed or a marketplace.

Is Metis medical advice?

No. Metis is a personal research log for tracking your own data. It does not recommend doses or provide medical advice. Always consult a licensed physician before changing your protocol.
